@@RomanMartins Each Monday, My team and I catch up to review Sales pipelines from our CRM. Theres a fair amount of data to process together. This inspired me to create a Gantt chart using nothing more than an image (screen capture) loaded into the chat. This triggers the process. The chat creates a Gantt chart with Clients on the X axis and Dates on the Y axis. My chat plots colour coded icons (R=0-49%, O=50-74% ,G=75-100%) based on Probability % against each client and displays the $ value of the deal against the icon as a label. This visual representation is a massive timesaver as it quickly highlights where updates to peoples CRMS need to occur. I also ask chat to summarise in an accompanying table where it recommends updates, which becomes the talking points for my team. All this was possible becuase you gave me the confidnence to give it a try and its saved at least an hr/week.

Excellent info Roman, somehow I did something very similar to what you did for a different business application but cant have the GPT stop between steps and allow me to verify before continuing, please advise

great questions jorgebaina! check out this structure for step1: #### Step 1: Summarize and Organize Meeting Transcript from a Shared PDF File **Task**: Summarize and organize the information from a meeting PDF into a structured format. - **Input**: Upload the PDF containing the meeting notes. - **Output**: Generate a summary based on the prompt formula including Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How. - **Verification**: - Ensure all parts (Who, What, When, Where, Why, How) are accurately represented. - Confirm that no critical information is missing or misrepresented. - Ask: "Is the information accurate and complete? If yes, proceed with creation of the customer profile (Yes/No)" **Proceed only if "Yes"**. If "No," revise the information accordingly. ----------------------- In this way it's very clear with both "input", "output" and "verification" with Confirm yes/no question. That structure works for me.. try it out

Hi Roman, great video! I notice that the example meeting notes are written in Markdown - is this helpful/necessary for the system to ingest the meeting notes? Would this still work if the notes were not written in markdown? thanks in advance!

Hi Ari! excelent question.. depends on your expectation towards output. If you want a consistent way of how output is presented every time, then presenting an example of the structure is important. If not - you should probably expect that content is presented in different ways from time to time.
