This is REALLY stinkin' cool! Amazing! The hot glue hair was an inspired idea! You should take some macro photos of his face and put them on your Instagram, that would look dope! Regarding the cloak, you could take a similar approach to some Hasbro figures, like the Falcon Cap, where the wing pack comes with a clear stand. In this case, instead of a clear stand, you could have a deathly black soul smoke trail that attaches the cloak to a base, and just place that close behind Strange, maybe with some demon arms to wrap around his shoulders and torso.

Staying in the theme of completely overhauling figures, you should get the toybiz Green Goblin movie figure and turn it into the No Way Home version

For the cape use hot glue and wire I like to use jewelry wire on my customs because it is easily flexible

For the cape, you should try to get some of those cheap dollar store skeleton decorations and mod them

Mate i did the cloak of the damned with a piece of cheap white cloth that I black washed and the hands I sculpted with polymer clay. Maybe you can work your magic with the same materials

Hi Ken! I love your customs. Do you use any varnish to coat the paint? It would be nice to retouch some of my own with paint but I'd be worried about the paint chipping or wearing down
