Here's a video I've been wanting to do for a while now. It's a showcase of all my customised or scratch built models! And I'd just like to take a second to apologise for my monotone boring voice. I had to record the voiceover so many times I got really angry by the end of it. In this video, engines such as Bert, Rex, Ryan, Edward, Percy and Salty are all shown. Excellent models! I agree that models such as Rocky and Marion should be redone, but I think the rest will look excellent on your layout when it's been made, as well as Rocky and Marion when they're redone! It would look a lot better if you could somehow get a motor in Marion, Skiff and Philip, but it would be a-ok with me if you use fishing line to pull them!

Elsbridge Productions no I mean I looks like there is space in there just like Edwards cab because I am pretty sure the original James just had a black block in his cab. Or I am just looking at it wrong because I haven’t seen the original in a long time.

I think I've got a few questions but I've already given you story ideas.1. Do you have a custom Model Old Henry The Green Engine?2. What face texture would you use for Henry? Clay?

it depends on the engine. for gordon and henry yes but for thomas or percy no because their trackmaster faces are bigger than the bachmann ones.

i have to ask, if you ever do maybe a remake of Thomas and friends remake by using the Trackmaster Toy's wich version would you pick? Tomy,Plarail,Trackmaster,Trackmaster2

How come you made chain couplers for the engines. How will they pull trains tender first. Also you could've added front couplers to James Thomas and Percy. Still nice vid.

No. 10 Railfan Productions The point of modifying the engines with things like chain couplers is to make them more accurate and realistic. The couplers which come with most engines are big and ugly so I remove them to make it look better. I really don't care about engines pulling tender first, and I can make to with the chains.

For Phillip I have an idea for him to move get on of the smallest powered ho hand used flat bed thing (I forgot the name but it requires 2 people to push up and down to make it move) and get rid of any parts that’s unnecessary for it to move and make a Phillip model to fit on it Also for the arlesdale engines buy some z scale track and see how it looks (I’m also surprised that z scale is a scale that’s smaller that n scale

Thank you, my layouts are actually all small sets which I build and then dismantle. They are built on a table which is 180x120 cm

Your Arlesdale engines should be fitted to run on Z Scale track. N Scale is accurate to Narrow Gauge while Z scale is accurate to Minimum Gauge. jut saying.

Zombie Guildford I know, its just that Z scale is quite expensive and N scale is easier to work with so I stuck with that.

I won't be getting the trucks, I might get Rosie, I already own Emily, I will get Oliver, I already have 2 mail vans, I can't find Mike and I doubt I'll make Ashima.

Maybe you can get some more vans and Troublesome Truck 3 and 5, get a green Utility Van and paint it brown, and buy a custom Ashima from The World Of Sodor of on, maybe, Ebay.

Malo Studios I'm not really worried about coupling in front, but if I have to then I can hook it up to the dummy hooks on the rolling stock or the hook and loop couplings if I must.

I know, however that model is inaccurate, has one tender, has an odd face and is very expensive and hard to find, so I'd rather make my own.
