Custom shaders on PlayCanvas (Basically? 🤦‍♂️)

With halloween update we release new series of skins, and one of these skins uses custom shader. It uses a plugin we developed internally in OnRush.
I'm sorry I say "basically" a lot. I'll work on my speech next time.
