I bought a kavkaz xxl long mangal in 2019 from them. It’s amazing!! I bought few lula kebab skewers at my local Persian store that were Chinese made and when I brought in my Bas metal skewer for size measurement. The owner of the store was so impressed with the quality of my skewers that he asked where and how much I bought them for. My next order in the upcoming weeks will be a grill top for my mangal. I can’t decide if I should go 15 or 30 inch.

Why is the vent put at the top of smoker? If it is put at the bottom of smoker the cooler smoke at the bottom would escape and the hotter smoke at the top will stay. Wouldnt it be energy efficient that way?

Those skewers are HUGE. Those must be used for something like whole chicken leg quarters. You sure ain't gonna skewer up shrimp with those monsters.
