Going off the description, I think you should try custom Jiren to see what TRUE damage is. His YXYXY/HLHLH combos into Burning Strike, and when you do that with Strike B stats + Toppo's "cast aside everything" soul you're looking at well over 20k damage ez.
Man, I have to tell you that I usually forget that the Yxyxy combo exists, so thanks for reminding me about it and as soon as my schedule is open, it will be Jiren the Gray's turn.
