Today's video is super exciting! Not only did I get some Heat Transfer Vinyl from HTVRont to test...but we have a Cricut expert here to teach us the ins and outs of the Cricut so that we can make the most amazing iron-on T-shirts ever on the planet!
So what is this vinyl we are testing all about? Well...the people at HTVRont reached out to me via email to ask if I wouldn't mind testing out their Heat Transfer Vinyl. And after visiting their website...I said, "I would love to!" HTVRont is dedicated to producing high quality vinyl products, including heat transfer vinyl, adhesive vinyl, transfer tape, etc. (basically everything you could ever want for the Cricut). Their prices look great...way less expensive than Cricut branded product prices. So...if this test goes well...we might have ourselves an affordable resource for all of our "Cricut" supply needs.

Glad you’re getting to know your Cricut more :) small tip: selecting all items and using the “attach” will do the same thing, but will allow you to still edit later if needed. Weld will turn it into one design element instead, which sometimes you aren’t ready for.

Id want something for my Rare form of MS that I was diagnosed with in October of 2020 so a year old now and id want to wear a shirt around public and make more awareness about it. Because it sucks, I didn't ask for my immune system to attack my brain leaving me with 9 lesions and infusions twice a year of Rituximab, similar to chemotherapy. I had a life I have a 3 year old daughter who doesn't understand. I have a husband who has to speak for me because I can't speak anymore. I have seizures now. I can't work and I'm fatigued ALL DAY EVERY DAY NO MATTER WHAT EVEN IF I JUST GOT UP! NOBODY UNDERSTANDS MY MENTAL PHYSICAL EMOTIONAL PAIN! The day I lost my life is October 5th 2020.

Hi Sheri ,loved your video... You are so right about Cricut....everything is about $ .... I do have the Maker ,mug press ,mini press ( which I rarely use the mini 😒 my bad ) I've become wiser & shopping around.Just purchased the HTVRONT autopress & their easy press which was less than half the price of Cricut.Win Win...

There is a weeding tool you used for the letters ... Same tool you use to start removing your vinyl. Never have to use your finger.

How To With Meka - I am slowly but surely getting better at the Cricut. The more I use it the more comfortable I feel and the more tricks and tips I learn. Thank you so much for your help and advice. I will say...I am kinda loving the Cricut now...which is a bit of a miracle, cause when I first got it I wanted to throw the damn thing out the window.

Mike C - Nope...not at all and I have already washed it like 2 or 3 times...and I wash it with all of my whites (using bleach) and throw it in the dryer. I treat it like any other t-shirt and nothing has happened to the iron on...it still looks as good as when I applied it on day 1.

Love your video and so glad you are using this vinyl. I have a bunch of this vinyl but have a problem with it using my cricut easy press. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong or do I just have to use my iron instead. I had the heat on 180c and used 15 seconds but it was not sticking. Would greatly appreciate any help on this.

Hello, I tried the HTV ront and the cricuit did not cut all the way through. What settings do you have the blade and fabric dial set on?

Charlene Carmichael - That is totally weird. I used a ton of the HTV Ront vinyl and never had an issue with the blade on my Cricut cutting through it. I haven't messed with any of the settings on my Cricut, I just leave everything where it is...I select Iron-on Vinyl and let the Cricut do it's thing. I wonder if your cutting blade is dull. I just googled, "my cricut blade is not cutting through iron on vinyl" and Google says...Open Clamp B and remove the blade housing from your machine. Ensure you are using a Cricut brand blade. Inspect the blade and blade housing and remove any debris that may be stuck to the blade or lodged in the blade housing. Once clean, perform a test cut. Hopefully that helps.
