Now fun fact I watch those three episodes on one of my Thomas DVDs before watching this video and I figured huh these would be a great idea for custom Tomy set it's a shame they never made any of these cuz I feel like a lot of these would have been a great idea and plus with the custom Oliver's find set it would have been an easier way to get a tomy Oliver considering how high that baby goes on eBay. Like why is he so high he's not rare or anything I think it's probably because he was only released by Tomy and Trackmaster Never released him so it made him harder to get into a collection. That's just a little theory of course it doesn't mean it's the real exclamation, but yeah, I do not understand why Tomy Oliver is so high on eBay.
@@esmondmerrywhat's worse is that Oliver was never released in the United States at all nor was he released in North America in general if he would have gotten a set that would have also been released in North America it would have been a lot easier for us North Americans to get him hit toys and or Fisher-Price would have had the opportunity to release him in North America but they never bothered doing so and that is a huge shame in fact when I was little I was unaware of the fact that a motorized play rail Trackmaster Oliver exists but he was one of those engines that was never released in North America besides ettiene.
These are AWESOME! If you could, for the next Concept, a Great Discovery themed set. Despite ths Action Canyon Set, Maybe the "Tower Collapse Set" Featuring a Tired Faced Stanley, Some Broken Troublesome trucks with Stone, and a Dirt Covered Thomas.
here’s some suggestions I think you’ll like. #1: thomas and the trucks. this includes thomas with a shocked expression four troublesome trucks two troublesome vans and one break van as well as a figure of sir topham hatt and his car. the layout would be an oval shaped track with the right side having a hill for thomas to climb up and run down and at the bottom of the hill would be maron station and a siding for thomas to go in where he’s meted by sir topham hatt. #2: respect for gordon. this set comes with edward gordon covered in jelly with a sad expression three express coaches two jelly tankers and the breakdown train. I can’t really think of a layout but I think it would come with a signal and a signal box for gordon to pass and a work shed for him to be repaired in. #3: thomas and the magic railroad. this set comes with thomas annie clarabel lady diesel 10 with an angry expression and a movable claw as well as a coal truck and a figure of mr conductor. again I can’t think of a specific layout but I think it would be very big containing a windmill a wishing well a siding which would have the magic buffers a tunnel a viaduct for diesel to fall off and a barge for him to land in.
You should a part 2, part 3, part 4 and so on! I really think you should because this actually entertaining to watch and can give a child and a grown-up to make these sets if they still have old trackmaster parts.
Tbh this vid actually wasn’t bad, it was very good, I honestly wish that Trackmaster/Tomy/Plarail made a Crovan’s gate station, that would look great and I wish that Trackmaster would’ve made smaller narrow tracks and made the narrow gauge engines a bit smaller, even tho all of the Trackmaster trains were around the same height, Standard Gauge, Narrow Gauge, and Miniature Gauge
Cool! You should do sets of Grandpuff, Down the mine, Thomas comes to breakfast, James and the Trouble with trees, Gordon takes a tumble, Snow, Thomas, Percy and the coal, The Flying Kipper and Duncan gets spooked
James and the Red Balloon, The Refreshment Lady’s Stand, Salty’s Secret, James Goes Buzz Buzz, Make Someone Happy, Steamroller, and Rusty to the Rescue.
Here are two ideas for sets that I can think of. 1. Percy’s Promise Includes: • Tired Percy • Thomas • Annie and Clarabel • A Break Van • Harold • Haultraugh Station • Elsbridge Station (I at least think that’s the station at the end of the episode.) 2. Hector The Horrid Includes: • Cross Thomas • Rosie • Hector • 2 Troublesome Trucks • Coal Hopper
I’d love to see how you’d tackle Gordon takes a dip, Down a mine, or Thomas and the Breakdown train (Season 1 is my second favorite season so I’m very talkative about those episodes) I’d love to see how would you pull off the ditch or mine without liquid or a hole in a table? Perhaps slightly elevated track for the mine collapse a sticker of dirty ditch water like the old Percy takes a plunge take long set? Breakdown train would be cool to see how you’d stretch from the yard to James’ crash location This is great stuff here, I would’ve definitely begged my mom for these as a kid especially Thomas and Gordon
I think that's what he should have done in the first place that way we would have had a cool Percy variant not only is he a face variant but also a variant that includes a front coupler to have double headers
You should make the Skarloey Railway, Culdee railway, and the blue mountain quarry using only blue Tomy tracks if you have it ofc, which would look very cool and the regular trackmaster and trackmaster 2 as standard gauge railway
Wow those were great I love the creativity usage of Peter Sam. If I had to suggest a few I’d pick they would be: down the mine, something in the air, and Thomas, Percy and old slow coach( can’t remember if that’s the right episode title). The fact there was never a track master/Tomy old slow coach is criminal. As far as I remember.
Please make more, I would personally like to see you tackle the concept of; 1. Gordon Takes A Tumble with Tomy Angry Gordon 2. Horrid Lorry with Lorries 1-3 and Thomas, Toby and James 3. Percy’s Predicament with Percy and Daisy. All with elements based on the original episodes.
A Edward and Gordon set would be cool, you could get a non-motorised Edward, or on with a fount coupling will with the Thomas and Gordon set you made, Gordon, around 4-6 trucks so the train is actually a sizeable goods, a incline for Gordon’s hill, and a station with a siding for maron, Just a idea

There is one episode I can think off that would be a cool set idea. "Old Iron", the set will have Edward, James, The Fat Controller/Sir Topham Hatt and other figures. It could be a loop that has a station, a bridge and maybe Express coaches for each engine to pull to recreate the scene at the opening.
If you make a part two (which you 10000% should), you should make A Close Shave or Rusty and the Boulder. Without a doubt one of my favorite vids you have made yet!
How about a set based on "happy ever after"? It includes Percy a flatbed with buffers two Troublesome Trucks Thomas covered in streamers and decorations and Old Slow Coach it could be one way for the Western audience to get their hands on an old slow coach and also a figure of Mrs Kindly's daughter. For Thomas you can use confetti from those party poppers so you can represent the decorations he has. Terrence is also included so you can recreate that nice day for it isn't it scene and also has the church where the wedding takes place at.
I'd love to see a take on the diseasel, Stepney gets lost and, considering some of these sets must have came out during the HiT era, they must've wanted to make a set based on one of their episodes. So, my picks are Rosie's Funfair special and Duncan and the old mine.
We need more of these I would personally like one that was based off Oliver being saved from scrap I forget what episode but I’m sure you know what I mean but please PART 2 thanks for the heart on my comment I appreciate it also this is indeed a edit your seeing right now so I had another episode idea to make into a set Thomas comes to breakfast
I might have a few ideas. I always thought season 5 had the craziest adventures, so what if there was sets based around episodes like, Toby and the Flood, A Better View for Gordon or Put Upon Percy?
I like like the sets If you wanna make this all the way back when hit company was made, but why don’t you send this video to told me to see if they can make their own set of that also, what thomas model did you use for the front coupling?
