You can also cut into the foam and heat it up and the cuts expand, but just cutting it and putting it on looks better

What blade are you using on the band saw?. I have the same band saw, but when I try to make any cuts it always wants to cut away from my lines I try to keep it straight but it proves not. That's why I think it's the blade. I see you cutting it like it's nothing, I just can't seem to keep the pieces straight.

How thick is the EVA foam you used?

Nothing brings out the Jealousy more than seeing someone cut foam with a bandsaw
