Integrated customer experience from marketing to support provides a whole new world of opportunities and risks. In the digital world, I expect things to happen much faster. To do this, businesses need to have more integrated data about their company. I need to be able to see all of my different areas and know what I have about the customer. For example, if I'm talking about customer service, it's important because I need to be able to see and know all of this information.
