@@SaffordDelivery yes. I used to watch your videos for the occasional confrontation. Then after seeing the way you treat people, talk to people and refuse explanations, I see you completely different. The words “curbside delivery” didn’t exist as a rule until Covid. It was designed as a way to keep people separated from each other. You use it as a defense mechanism. Think about it this way. Your dad wants to build a deck extension on the back porch. He’s retired and in his sixties. He lives 60 yards off the road. He goes to Home Depot and buys lumber. They say yeah, it’ll be delivered Saturday. He’s ready to go. Then, somebody with your attitude decides, screw whoever, it’s not my job, problem or whatever and puts his load by the mailbox, or curbside as you like to say. He’s pissed and says so. Then you argue. Theses are people you are delivering to. They are not contractors or builders. You are confrontational with everybody. The Diamond Standard of being close to an asshole.

@philliphumphries7104 you do realize more times than often "curbside Delivery " turns into within reason or at drivers discretion right? Most of the time it's to mitigate risks of damage claims.

Because he's a contractor not a store employee and has nothing to do with their sales or scheduling. Sales people will tell the customer anything to make a sale knowing it's not going to go right when the delivery truck shows up. This guy isn't customer service. He's just a delivery guy. Call the store. If your pizza is wrong do you blame the delivery guy too?

@@SaffordDelivery never heard of a driver talk about the upper body strength it takes to place a strap guard over a load. You know what is hard, laboring thousand of lbs of material when a machine can do it.
