Hi! Very educating video i must say. Just wanted to know if it possible to use the CRM software/tool in a technical services providing company? We mainly do technical installations and most of our customers are similar company's aswell and OEM companies that subcontracts projects to us.

"Customers" is truly a Political word, though had been associated with "business", because, Businesses could be Governments, and also inclusive of Equality. "Customers" was possibly said of some because they were merely "following customs", and not "True".

While you have curated good content ( not created or developed, but only curated), what I would like to understand - Why are there so many errors? If you are teaching people through your brand - How can you make silly/ petty errors like Say phases of CRM and have your audio-visual as Phrases of CRM? Grammatical errors - thought not important to the content, but very petty and editable! You have 70799 views - You owe it to the people who rely on your videos to give them better content!
