In this project, we're creating a Customer Service Co-Pilot App designed to assist Coffee Store Managers with online customer engagement and care using ChatGPT AI. The app is powered by customer reviews stored in a Google Sheet.
Our data source is Google Sheets, and we've developed a custom function template connected to a Chatflow built with Flowise/Langchain hosted on a Replit server. When activated, this Chatflow interfaces with the OpenAI Language Model.
We've built three specific Chatflows to streamline the process:
Sentiment Analysis: This Chatflow analyzes customer reviews to gauge sentiment, helping managers understand customer feelings.
Brief Summary: This Chatflow automatically generates concise summaries of customer reviews, saving time and effort.
Drafting Replies: Our third Chatflow assists in crafting personalized responses to customer reviews, improving customer interaction.
