They did away with the safety inspection in UTAH last year cause they said it had not proven to save lives.

I've always thought that car inspections (my state doesn't have them) were a joke. Basically just a way for corrupt inspectors to rip you off. But I'm coming from a point of view of always having nice cars that would pass easily. Now I think they should be as stringent as they are in the U.K.
