I used to work for Starbucks and from the GET I was like "a mocha CAPPUCCINO?" That's not really a thing...and yeah, sometimes its nasty that it sits at the bottom, but just ask for half pumps 🙄 regardless that IS how it looks like when you ask for a mocha ANYTHING 😂😂 and then she has the nerve "what's a grande? What's annoying about the Starbucks woman is that she's having issues BECAUSE she doesn't know how to order or even what she's ordering. She repeatedly asked for a mocha cappuccino. Not a regular mocha, but a mocha cappuccino. When you ask for cappuccino, you are asking for a drink that is half milk and half foam. Once that foam settles, your cup will look like that. This entire fiasco could've been prevented if she knew how to order.

Kate West Just to be fair, it's almost impossible to get the whole story from a posted video. Not to say there aren't any bad cops, but there are strict guidelines of establishing probable cause and following the legal ladder. With only seeing a video, as you said, how do you know the cops were lying? There is a difference between standing up to an officer if you know your rights and the law, but out in the field is NEVER a good place to argue your case. Doing so will most likely land you more charges, and when you do go to court, attitude goes a long way with the Judge.

She's contacting corporate because of the fact that she didn't like the mocha... I've gotten that before and that IS what it looks like lol... and they're giving her free drinks and free money and she's acting so entitled... why would you contact corporate because you didn't like your mocha? Lol 😂😂

always be suspicious of the person involved in an altercation (verbal or physical) who's first to start recording everything. This is anecdotal, of course, but in my experience, the more reasonable people tend to be too busy trying to solve the situation to pull out a device and start recording. Many people take their phone out hoping for the "gotcha moment" that they can point to later while simultaneously denying any wrongdoing. The bottom line is, it's much better to just remove yourself from the situation, forego the recording, and move on to the next thing in your life. Only record the situation if (i) removing yourself is not an option, (ii) you're witnessing an ongoing crime or reasonably assume one is about to occur, or (iii) you fear for your safety or the safety of others around you. And if any of those are true, call 9-11 FIRST, then start recording. The only thing you should be saying on that recording is "I'm recording for my own safety." Do not continue to verbally abuse people (even if they're in the wrong) while recording, it can come back to haunt you. All of that said, if it weren't for people ignoring my suggestions above, we wouldn't have these wonderful compilations....

She's a scammer. Notice how she said "I paid cash?". 9/10 it's not true and they want the x dollar amount back as essentially buyers remorse or to pay for something - like gas (her gas light was on). So she's yelling about spending an hour there...shes essentially asking for an hours worth of her pay in cash back.

The issue is.... Most not all people are very entitled. The worst ones find minor fault with their items and know if they raise a big stink it will be free or discounted. If management would stand up to the people who do this I guarantee it would stop.

Those guys at Chipotle literally are the definition of how poorly this new generation is looked upon and frowned upon.clearly they still live with Mommy and Daddy they don't have to pay for anything they don't have to do anything, they can just work some stupid part-time crappy job and make maybe $100 a week and claim that they have money or whatever and they got nothing else but time and they use it to just mess with people who actually work for a living it's really pathetic and it drives me insane honestly.
