To find the measurements: double the width of the material to find diameter or circle, multiply by π or 3.14 and devide that number by 4. That gives you the total length of the cut and the circle to use to draw the curved cut.

Those welds won’t hold. Just cut a 45 in it, flip it, then weld it so it’s solid

I love that the first image you see with this video shows you exactly how to do it so even if you don’t watch the video, even if you only glance it while scrolling through your feed, you see how it’s done immediately. File that away in case I ever need to bend a square tube. Also a great video only 2.5 minutes, no unnecessary talking. Well done!

Thank you youtube for recommending this. This video is a life saver. I was looking for this video my entire life. Bending a bar is indeed a very important part of out life..
