Cut and move a house with crane!! - we saved the old house! 

A 100-year-old house was sold and planned for demolition in a desirable area of Huntington Beach, California. We contacted a historical preservation guy, Joseph, and he saved most of the home! Reclaiming all the doors, trim, hardware, fixtures, and wood in and around the property!

This house was located in Huntington Beach, California on Huntington St. In the downtown area.
The new houses were completed and sold for over 2.1 million dollars.
Joseph and his team (me and Jimmy) cut the back off of the back house and brassed it for removal with large cross-sections for stability and load distribution.
A Purple Crane was used to lift the house up and set it on a large flatbed truck positioned in the back alley.
