CUT OUT RUSTY FLOOR BOARD BEFORE NEW CARPET GOES IN 

When you lift up the old carpet and you can see the ground or your carpet is always wet after it rains. You have to rusted out floor boards and it needs to be repaired. While you’re at it grab some new carpet. Floor pans can be found on eBay just search you year make and model. Grab some seam sealer and you have the supplies to get the job done.
