@@brandinemorgan6625 It’s an acronym that stands for “Auditory sensory meridian response”, which is an experience in which audio or other senses create a feeling within your prime meridian (a portion of the brain) and you feel calmed/pleased. And good news: it can happen visually too! Just cause you have problems hearing doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy visual ASMR too ^-^ sometimes that’s called VSMR instead :P
I was taught to never ever throw away anything in the garbage that was good to eat, specially in a bakery. Those cake tops they threw out make marvelous rum balls! Oof!! Corporate bakery. Franchise! Corporate food. Lots of chemicals. In the industry we use Apple jelly. That goo was straight out of whatever franchise lab this is.
I am noticing a theme here...korean bakeries will separate the eggs and process them separately at the start before mixing it with the rest of the batter. it probably makes the cake fluffier
I worked at a bakery for a couple years. You can eat it, but there's so much that the employees get sick of it and it gets thrown out anyways. It's really sad how much most professional kitchens waste

@@holaamigas1096 For the "sponge cake" you just need 3 medium eggs, 90 grams sugar, 90 grams flour 00 for cake(or you can mix 60% flour and 40% potato starch to have a softer cake). the process you see in this video is old, it's easier to mounth the white with sugar and then add the (slightly mixed) yolks till you reach the right density . this is are the doses for a dripping pan of 45x36 cm. 7-8 minutes at 178 degree. For the cream you just need 500 ml of fresh whipped cream, 100 grams of fine sugar, vanilla flavour ,strawberries, it's pretty easy. Then you can use a pastry ring to cut ur shape and fill them faster than in this video.

When I worked in a kitchen I would save the excess pieces for later to share with the rest of the staff. I also knew some people who just threw it away because they thought it was easier though. I think for most restaurants it depends on the person
