Cute baby swans trying to catch up to mama & papa 

Could we get an update about the condition of the mama swan who's limping? Found out below that she was being monitored for the right time to be treated (in order to not leave the cygnets without a mother). Three years since then on, I hope she's keeping well with her mate.

I want to cry just looking at the limping swan.

In the UK if you hurt a swan in the UK, you commit a crime against the queen. Swans in the UK are protected by the queen herself in a very old law. You can only hunt a swan with permission from the queen herself.

Please help nd call the rescue team to recover the swan leg . Please please please

At the end, the baby swans were like screaming: "WAIT!!! DON'T GO YET!!! MOM!!! DAD!!! WE ARE STILL HERE!!!"

The one limping needs a vet =( Whoever put those massive tags on their necks should help.

My cats have me very well trained or it's too early to be up. Because my first instinct was to sit down & let the cygnets use me as stairs. That's what my cats do to get into the window above my bed. My other instinct was just to give their little butts a bit of a shove from my shoe tip when they were in the corner. In reality I'd probably just find a board, book or something for them to use as a set of stairs or ramp to help them get up. Especially since swans are very protective & strong. Or if I did give them a lift up I'd take off running afterwards.

Thanks for sharing this video. Even if took these little ones an hour to climb these man-made obstacles, I would still have watched the video to the end. Nature is always the supreme guide and did not fail these ones who will someday pass on the baton to others as evolution continues

The limping adult is the father. He takes the defensive position in everything. He does need help but he might heal without it - but he has to defend his family so he wont do much to help himself for now. He trusts the people near his kids or he would take action, hurt or not.
