Your opening statement caught my attention. I want to say that my hair grow in a natural unbraided state to the point of attacking me. Lol I am a 66 year old caregiver to my 99 year old Mother. When I braided my hair in micro braids back in 1971, my Mom said that people were going to laugh at me. Some did and called me names. I have a second comment below that will explain a few things to this generation about extensions. No matter HOW short a Black Women's hair is if she braids the hair, wash and condition it properly their hair will grow according to their genes, diet and proper product for their hair. I've been reading on line how relaxer are causing cancer, now I don't know if that's true or not but I got a friend who has gone natural and has been trying to get me to go natural and the only way I can think to do that is to braid my hair and let it go natural that way and cut the relaxer out little by little. My hair is very long and some women think to do a big chop and I'm like hell no. So I'm here trying to learn the best way and cutest way to braid my hair and your comment caught my attention cause you are right on point. That's all. ❤️❤️💯💯

Looks nice. Tbh I dont like wearing extensions I prefer my real hair because it feels more natural but I don't mind cornrowing my hair underneath wigs and stuff.

Your braids are so thick even though its a good amount of braids. I thought I had super thick hair until I braided my hair and my hair was thin after. I did not like that. I prefer the twists because of the thickness but braids actually give me elongation. I swear twist barely elongate my hair. Your hair looks like they are just as thick as extensions😍
