Watching this as my 17 1/2 year old baby nears the end of his life. He was 6 weeks when I brought him home and did not bark for 2 weeks. He was the runt and people thought he was broken but soon enough he came out of his shell giving me the time of my life.
Fern F i breed yorkies and always send a baby blanket with my babies when they leave that smells like mama and litter mates. it makes the transition and adjustment much easier.
hilomona so I suppose you know how old he is from looking at him. Can't tell by size with them. I bet he is older then you think. My schnauzer was small enough to fit in my button up shirt pocket when we got him. As with anything. It sucks to do something new for the first time. But why make this about something rotten and evil. Why not make it about the fact that he is with a new family that looks to obviously love him very much.
I’ve had my black mini for 3 weeks now and she’s like my shadow. Absolutely nuts, makes the silliest noises and loves to sleep with her nose on my cheek. Love her to bits already
Blessings 2 ur heart & spirit. I still get choked up at times bcuz my Rainbow passed 2yrs ago (Jack Russell) @ 7yrs. My condolences & prayers & positive vibes to u. If or when u want another, u will fulfill ur heart & space when that special bell rings to bring one home again. Always ur furbaby is irreplaceable. PEACES😥💐🕊🐕🐾🐾🥰🥰🎋❤
Mini Schnauzers are the BEST furbabies! So smart, so adorable - with their human like expressions and their eyebrows and beards 🥰. But this little guy is something else! ❤️
My mini Schnauzer passed away today in X-mas. She did a lot of things about the same way! Being around the family, playing and sleeping were here favorite things to do. This breed is definitely worth the go!
Chumpie is so precious! Same mannerisms as my mini schnauzer when I brought her home. She is in doggie heaven now but this brought back so many memories of her.
Missing my sisters little shnauzer. She stayed with my mum for years. I liked my big dogs but she was still such a delight to have. Miss her so much. The sweetest, bravest, cleverest little girl
I have a schnauzer, he’s about 4 now. He is literally scared of everything! He doesn’t like fart noises, or car rides, or people around him. Not to mention he sees another dog on tv he gets on the tv stand and starts barking! It’s hilarious but I love him (:
lol thats exactly how mine was when he was that age. Then he grew up and started causing mischief. When no one was home he managed to climb up onto a tall counter, somehow got across the kitchen sink and ate half a bag of chocolate chips. Lived to tell the tale, the 'beetus got him later though. RIP Frodo
The Canine, What is bad? We don’t do any of the stuff to him on purpose. I know how to carefully look after a dog, I’ve had multiple and I’ve taken care of several. I take care of my dog very well and a person on the internet shouldn’t tell me what’s bad for a dogs mental health, I’m aware that it is but we don’t constantly do the things to scare him. I’m not retarded.
Mini schnauzers are by far my favourite dogs, I had one called gizmo since I was 2 and I grew up with him and he passed when I was 14, I now have one who is one and called Fred...... I have a great appreciation for my parents having to look after me when I was 2 and a puppy, Jesus 😂😂
Lost our little boy mini schnoodle last fall. He looked just like yours. It is still hard to think about, we loved him so much for 15 years. He was the best! His name was Amos.
Oh he's so cute.. there is nothing like a schnauzer... he'll be a puppy for his whole life time.. that's just the way they are... enjoy . I'm envious..
Mine is 14 yrs old and I love her to bits...she has an enlarged heart and is on medication for it...unfortunately as her vet has said there isn’t a cure for it but we will do whatever we have to do to keep her with us for as long as we can...she’s also been on low-fat prescription food because when she was 11 she developed pancreatitis which is very common in mini-schnauzers...
Younqq Kingz she is doing alright...she is on Vetmedin and Lasix along with hydrocodone syrup....she has days where she does really well and days where she has a couple of episodes...the condition has no cure and it will eventually cause her death so every day she is with us is one day more that we have with her...I’m hoping she makes her 15th birthday on Sept 6...she was literally born 1 year to the day that I lost my Dad...he passed on Sept 7 which will be 16 yrs next month...I wasn’t looking at getting another dog (we had 2 other dogs at home) when we walked into this pet store that was selling puppies but there she was this cute little ball of black fur...I wasn’t nearly over the death of my Dad and had lost my Mom 8 months before that so it was a very difficult time for me and Mandy literally saved me...it was also at this time that I’d been diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and when I was literally at my worst, unable to keep anything in me, she never left my side...she would sleep with her head on my chest or with her nose in my neck where she would nudge me every so often letting me know she was there...she’s just a very special little girl for me...so every day that she’s with me I’m more than thankful for....thank you asking about her...
Cute puppie, I had to have my Mini schnauzer put down June 2016, he was great little dog. I bought him from a lady that wouldn't sell him to me because of my race. When she finally couldn't sell the puppies. She contacted me but I wouldn't return her call. Yet she was near where I had worked. I come to find out she kept the puppies on her porch in a crate meant for one she kept 8 puppies at 9 weeks. Easy was the only survivor of his litter, and he died from Melanoma Cancer. He was 9 years old, he was a terrific snow predictor. He loved it and a day before it would snow he would run and jump in the windows or run to the door constantly. When he did this it was sure to snow. Sorry for the long post miss that little pooch. But he was Great but I will never own another one. His presence is missed by all.
My girl Fina had to be put down this year because of breast cancer, it was one of the worst days of my life. We got her from a family friend who breeds them. We're thinking of getting another one from him because it will be related to our Fina.
My Bosco crossed the rainbow bridge June 2016 as well. He was the best companion and friend! I just yesterday adopted another. I know already he will be my best bud, not Bosco, but a gentle reminder
I lost my Schnauzer of 16yrs and 8mths on 3-14-202]. She was my everything. I saw your clip and brought back many fond memories of my Diamond. She was a "Phantom" black/white, they look as if they have a mask on as they get older. I will cherish your clips of your beautiful dog.
I had a mini one since 2008, a girl, beautiful, playfull and very brave, she protect us until she died 10 years later :( I loved and still love her :( love your dogs because their are not pets, they are family
Looks like little Chumpie was comfortable within a few minutes of entering this home. got right on his new big bed and went to sleep. I have a 7 year old Schnauzer, that I rescued from a shelter when she was 2 years old. When animal control brought her in, they said she was found wandering around with no leash, collar or tags. No one ever came to claim her. Other than being extremely matted, I knew she was going to come and be our forever Schnauzer. These dogs are the best. I also have a Jacairn, and a Bearded Collie. One big happy family.
What a sweet little baby boy. I've had nothing but schnauzer for over 30 years now and three years I heard about one in a very bad way in Oklahoma. She had heartworms, UTI and dry eye, plus had been used for nothing but breeding for the first five years of her life. She almost died with the last litter but the vet was able to save her in spite of losing all of the puppies. She had to be spayed and the owner just wanted rid of her so she wouldn't have to take care of her. I'm so very glad I took off from Kentucky to Oklahoma when I heard (my 17 year old schnauzer had just died a couple of weeks before and I missed him way too much. Thankfully my little girl is doing well and is very happy. There is nothing like a sweet schnauzer :) Congrats on a wonderful life with your new friend!!!!
Chumpie is such a cute dog!! I love schnauzers and have one myself her name is Acacia, I love schnauzers!! Seeing this little one makes me so happy and love schnauzers even more! So cute and tiny ❤❤🐶🐶!!
My 5 year old schnauzer passed away 3 months ago. I remember watching this video the day before he passed, with him by my side.. watching this again 3 months later makes me so happy and sad at the same time...
I had one dog pretty similar to yours for 15 years but 6 months ago I have to put him to sleep cause he got sick with cancer. We tried for 2 years to heal him but after 4 surgeries and some other procedures the cancer affected his lungs and heart. At the end he was suffering and the doctor told us there was no more options and I have to take the most painful decision in my life. These bread of dogs is really brave and protective. Sometimes they forget what is their size and take unnecessary risks. I used to travel around the country with my dog visiting rivers, mountains and the sea with him and he learned to travel in car, airplane and boat with no problem even in long trips. Welcome to the adventure of having an Schnauzer and enjoy every moment with him. I have wonderful memories with mine and for sure you are going to have the same with yours ❤
I have a mini schnauzer. Rescued him from a puppy farm and it's the best thing I've ever done in this life. He's called Milo (yes after "The Mask") and he loves chewing my socks and my fingers but there's nothing quite like watching a dog relax in your company knowing they feel safe.
So adorable!! He brought tears to my eyes when you first brought him home and he looked so loss. But happy to see him running and playing now. Too cute!!
Hoy falleció mi schnauzer de 15 años, ver este video me hizo recordar su época de cachorro y me sacó una sonrisa que en este día, es muy complicado ❤️🩹
ChumpieTheDog Was that a pun? it was funny. I have a mini Schnauzer called Tails. I recommend Mini schnauzers because they are so playful and friendly. They also do hillarious things! They may not be the smartest dogs in the world ( well mine isnt ) but they are still very kind, they also don't shed hair. So they would be great inside and outside dogs. they also can adapt to different environments.
I have a 7 year old Schnauzer, named Dixie. She is a rescue dog from our Lied (pronounced Leed)shelter. I have had her for 4 years. She is a great dog. She is the 2nd schnauzer I have owned. Or should I say, she owns me! She was pretty easy to train.
be still my heart!!! Chumpie's adorable!!! he looks like my sweet Kobe Girl. same coloring. but her ears stood straight up. She was the absolute best. gotta love a Schnauzer!
Omg, I want another mini schnauzer so bad, I had one for almost 13 years, she was the best little dog ever, she used to do the scratching thing to get comfortable too, she barked a lot, but she was such a great little companion
Never looked at these videos until I got a Miniature Schnauzer myself - now I'm hooked. Such character for a small breed. I've grown up with dogs as my family over the years has kept Springer Spaniels, Fox Terriers, Labradors, Dalmatians and Border Terriers but the Schnauzer is the best IMO.
I've had 4 miniature Schnauzers over my lifetime, it's the only breed I will have. I just lost my 15 year old Schnauzer (he was thoroughly dedicated to me and I miss him terribly) but fortunately, I also have a 13 year old Schnauzer to comfort me. They are so loyal, loving, opinionated, people-oriented (mine thinks he's a person), stubborn, SMART, friendly and full of personality - lots of good stuff wrapped up in a small package!
@Sara I've never heard the bit about them being called the dog with the human brain but I love it and it definitely defines a Schnauzer! Thank you for sharing that! Yes, it's agony losing one because they are so dedicated to their person, so full of unconditional love, so darn cute, and the absolute best companions. They fill our lives and hearts so completely that they leave a huge void when they're gone. Glad you were able to move on and get another one. :-)
dog lickkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk
@Pattijean Aikens I only wanted to have his license revoked, but that didn't even happen because the Arizona Vet. Examining Board is SO corrupt it's ridicules. They agreed with me in front of a room full of witnesses that the vet should have read the directions of the vaccine, yet they did NOTHING.
I have had 4 Schnauzers, They are known as the dogs with the human brain and the athletes of the dog world. They are more than a dog to me and my family , They are part of the family. Took me a long time to get 2 more after our first 2 past but im glad I did now.
I own schnauzers I will ALWAYS have a schnauzer they're wonderful dogs and it makes me so happy to see u all doing what you're doing with him! You're patient and kind with him which is how it should be! I'm sure he is a wonderful edition to your family and he seems to be warming up quickly! I love the name! Congrats on your new baby!
So cute, now i have 2 yorkies but my last baby was a shnauzer, he died poisoned by a neighbor, i never have discovered who do this terrible thing,i cried so much, whatever, is good to see shnauzer babies, i remember how my Bruce was thanks for share this video.
Dee Tsukimura In what way. Intentional or not? As you know some people might eat a cookie and has nuts in it. Ate without knowing person is allergic to it.
Stella Thomas I believe it was intentional, my home was in maintance, some of equipaments from the people who ara doing the job was gone, wathever, now my dogs only go outside in daylight, i feel guilty in some way, now i have 3. Your puppies are really cutecongrats :)
Clooney, my family's mini schnauzer of seven years was put down just over a month ago now. He kept vomiting blood, despite recurring trips to the vet. This is about the first time since I can watch videos of these dogs without the pain being too much. Even though it is still painful. He was exactly like this, once upon a time. We had his whole heart, and he had big pieces of ours. I wish we had more time with him, but what time we had together was wonderful, and full of love.
i love these little guys i have white schnauzer i love those guys soo much i could never wish for another dog. They need more recognition schnauzers are really special❤️❤️🐶🐶
