what someone wears definitely gives a clue into what type of person they are, including maturity. If someone dresses in harajuku or lolita fashion, of course they aren't going to seem mature. The cute factor is beyond whimsical and child like in nature. Of course appearance doesn't always match up with character but what you wear depicts your choices and if you're going to dress in a beyond cutesy manner, it seems reasonable for others to assume you lack sophistication and maturity.

I don't mind being short! I'm 1.56. And, if you think you're a bit chubby, creating a habit of exercising is good coz you will tone up and loose unwanted fat. I never diet because I love food so I just exercise. If i eat a little I look chubbier because I am short while my tall friends can eat more XD
