It's only basic because it's what you know, i went to a black school and saw this but didn't really think much of it. i do really like it but it's normal just like majorettes.
I live in a predominantly white community and am the new cheer coach. I went to the schools here but never cheered. My daughter is 1/4 black cheerleaders on the cheer team between 7th and 8th grade. I'm not trying to make them into stomp and shake. But also they are becoming cleaner moves are crisp sharper and I'm in charge of the halftime performance and music lol. I mean I'm adding some flavor where I can🤷🏾♀️💁🏾♀️❤️
the black boys watch the stomp and shake , they compete for the girls. If a white girl stomp and shake the black boys want her. White fathers need to be very involved. The black boys view white cheer leaders as a trophy. They want to get them drunk.
Don't get me wrong I LOVE stomp and shake cheers....but they have lost the crisp movements...and I don't like the rocking and head shaking. I am a cheerleader to the core and I had to practice so hard to be stiff and crisp with the movements even though they were black cheers.
It's called stomp and shake .... guess what it isn't cheerleading at all you all look like stupid doing this reminds me of little kids when they get mad they stomp the feet 😂😂😂😂
