Kayli, laying him on your stomach for tummy time 100% counts! As does laying him on your arm horizontally in a football type hold! My son haaated tummy time too so I did lots of research, and as long as they’re laying horizontally somehow/someway, it counts! Just work your way up to floor/blanket time little by little. I was just wondering what happened to the family channel and what happened to the mom’s view? I loved watching the moms view it was so cool and I loved watching the family channel but I love watching it on here I was just curious as to what happened

As a physical therapist, practicing tummy time with a bolster/pillow helps to make the effect of gravity not as dramatic and a little more tolerable

My little one had some tension after her birth and found going to the osteopath really helped for a little baby massage to loosen out those muscles ☺️ she still hates it now but much stronger. Baby osteopaths are miracle workers 😂
