My 4 year old daughter saw someone playing the demo a few months ago and asked me about this game every single day until release lol. I preordered it and we both stayed home “sick” to play all day Friday and we had SUCH a good time! We played a lot over the weekend. We had so much fun knocking stuff over and finding shinies. This was a perfect game for us to play together. I had gotten her some kid games but they’re hard for me to stay focused as they’re boring honestly. But this, Princess Peach, Animal Crossing, Mario Wonder and Endless Ocean have been a lot of fun for her and I to play together and more fulfilling for us both. I love the adorable wholesome games.
My 9 year old waited ages for this one too haha. She even let me know when it was coming out the day before so we could pre download it. It’s very cute, we haven’t quite finished it yet.
I love that, their names are cute and the group name makes perfect sense ♥️ I have one orange and white going on 4 y/o and one [smokey] black going on 2 y/o. I considered the name Luna because it’s such a great black cat name, but ultimately went with something I made up because I wanted a name in a similar vein to her brother. He’s Friedrich (after Friedrich Nietzsche) and so I named her Cari (after Carl Jung).
I couldn't help but crack up laughing because it was so obvious the second "speed run" was filled with spite and rage at the whole situation. 🤣 What a beautiful game! thanks for playing and showing us Morph.

Im playing this right now, and I have to say, the attention to detail of the cat's movements and mannerisms is so spot on! The way they cling to an edge while climbing, the crawling/squeezing through tight spaces, the jumping on birds! Just everything is so perfect and adorable! ❤ Would love to see a sequel similar to this, but with a corgi and their movements and mannerisms!
2:27:17 this sound is from Japanese sidewalks! It’s so distinctive and unique, and also they have so many of these applied to different places and they’re so good! My dogs name is Cookie and when she misbehaves (she is a 7 month old mutt so it’s pretty often) we call her Cookie Monster 💙 love your videos and this game is so good!
I'm currently caring for 17 cats, all in my home.. 4 of them are mine, the rest I'd call feral rescues, all kittens still! Lemme tell you, the amount of litter box cleaning I do... BUT I love them all to pieces, some may go to homes, some are a bit feral still so we'll see. Somehow, one day, I'll have a big ole sanctuary outside type area, even if its just my 4 kitties and me. Someday!
Make sure to do it while you Can. Cats dont last forever. I learnt that the hard Way. I had 3 cats for the past 12 years, hoped theyd live like 16 - 20 years. My sweet boy “Dusty” (he looked Grey, hence the name. He was really Big, loved belly rubs etc) he was diagnosed with bonemarrow cancer on december 5th 2023, was put Down for Bonemarrow cancer on January 17th 2024. It came randomly. He was just chilling like usual but a Bit more sleepy and just chilling like usual (i thought he just wanted to sleep in our new cabinet) and sadly it turned out he had cancer and thats why he was less interactive. Poor kitty. Rest in peace, death comes unannounced and uninvited.

I love this game so much, one of the games I've done a 100% run on. The lil chirps the kitty makes whenever they jump makes me so happy for some reason, reminds me of my kitty when he used to jump onto my desk with the same chirps

I've collected teacups since I was about 10 years old! I have teacups from family who have passed and friends who have moved away. Having a positive memory of the times when those cups were given is really special to me :)

Hi Morph. So glad I watched this 100%, because I got the Button City reference straight-away - which lead me to rewatch it (I caught some on stream at the time but never watched it to the end). Honestly, Button City is something else. But you *must* watch the ending!
This was great to watch while animating! Not to add to your list of games to check out, although that's exactly what I'm doing, might I suggest Rain World? I've only watched a couple of your videos so I'm not sure if it's the type of game you'd like. It's a survival sim with a ton of lore hidden underneath and packaged in a metroidvania appearance (It's not actually a metroidvania at all). You play as an adorable fictional creature called a slugcat, very sluggy and very cat. It's a lot of fun but insanely difficult and very rage inducing at times, but it's very rewarding as well. I've heard it compared to learning to ride a bike. The game gives very little instruction so you have to figure out most everything on your own. Definitely my favorite game! I just recently finished Little Kitty Big City myself before watching! The tea set is actually for the beetle, the Chameleon is elsewhere. Great commentary, very relaxing to listen to!

I’ve been watching your videos for a year or so, usually when I’m working from home. I love watching your play throughs, you always get me interested in playing new games like Stray. I’m going to play this on game pass after work 😊 i remember floppy disks and feel less old watching your videos since we are around the same age lol. I’m a ghost on social media, it just makes life simpler to not feel like I have to post my whole life for people. I collect funko pops. Currently have too many, over 800. I got a dog named Scoops. He’s a little chihuahua mixed with jack Russell and his only hobby is cuddling lol. But I love your videos, always have me laughing with you.
I've been super excited about this game! The little sounds are *too* precious! I have a little void kitty, and he's a petite, farty, vocal sweetheart. My brother (who lived with my dad) saved a stray baby girl who was stuck in a tree last summer, and when he brought her in he discovered she was pregnant. July 25th she gave birth to three sweet little fluffs, and my little boy was one of them. My dad looooved cats, so he was over the moon when my brother showed him the kittens. August 10th my father passed away. His name was Louis, so my brother kept the tortie girl and named her Louise, and I named my little boy Lumen - Luey for short - in honour of our dad. He "prays" when he begs for morsels of food and its sooo adorable. He's a huge flopper, also a stinky flatulent terror! 😂 But he's such a little lover. My other boy is a big beefcake of a Siamese named Sir Jasper Mune, but we just call him Mune or Mu-Mu (pronounced mew-mew) for short. He's a HUGE mama's boy, and he sits on command, comes when called (when I trill), comes running whenever I sing and he'll "sing" with me, and is super chill. I want another one, but that probably won't happen any time soon and that's a-okay. So games like this and Stray satisfy that little desire. Thank you for playing!

Gonna show my age here, but in the 90s, Walkers made Looney Tunes crisps which had cartoon pictures of the characters (somehow) drawn on them. Amazing. Oh and of course Tazos which took on Pogs. I miss the 90s.
One of my meows would play fetch specifically with soda bottle caps, and she would get extremely excited when I grabbed a soda cause she assumed I was bringing it out JUST to give her a new cap to play with. Edit: Glad I realized immediately that it was a Tanuki not a Raccoon! Edit 2: ASMR for cats would be like. Bird noises and cans opening. Edit 3: Called out for sleeping to your videos.
My all time favorite cat is a tuxedo cat. As crazy as an orange cat but disguised as a gentleman. They are so loyal and so goofy. My cat is my child and she is a tux i wouldn’t prefer any other kind

I love what you said, I tell people all the time that magic is all-around them and to look for it in nature. Pets, Rusty= doodle,Sam= BullMastif, King= Rotwiler/BullMastif, Tramp=Rotwiler, Rex=Rotwiler/Lab(Tramp was rehomed, and I didn't name her, her twin sister was trouble... Lol seriously that was her name.) Tramp and Sam are retired, and Rusty was my sister in college house dog. The rest are working dogs, We live in the country, and have a lot of land.

Ugh! Yes!! The litter people leave behind is disgusting and infuriating!! It is NOT hard to pick up your trash and find the nearest bin, or just take it home with you! It's ridiculous that so many people just don't give a flip about nature and wildlife.

Been through many a fight - commands all the others and gives hugs to humans. Frank Jr. The Don's offspring. A chip off the old block doesn't let any alley cat give him grief no matter the size. Casper - Hitman for hire. Not a raccoon, possum bird, or human wearing a hoodie is safe from his Panther-like reflex. Chester, Magoo, Tweedle dee, tweedle dumb, and Simon are all * lackey soldiers who blindly follow Frank Senior hoping he'll know the best place for a nap outta the rain and snow and where their next meal is coming from.

My favorite cat breeds are calico cuz their cool multi colored patterns!! And sphinx cats cuz I think hairless animals in general are cool lookin and even cute sometimes. Depending on the animal hairless cats are cuter than naked mole rats after all.

Oh same, I am very protective when it comes to animals, even more my own. When I was a kid, around 10ish, I went for a walk with my then dog (may she Rest in Peace). There a boy around my age started throwing stones at my dog and hit her. I went mayhem told my dog to wait, took the leash (a heavy one with a metal end) and swung it full force at the boy. He went crying back to his home, his head bleeding (had a laceration where the metal part hit him). I did not feel any remorse tbh, my dog and I had some ice cream after that and he never did it again. Also have a protect my family story, but thats for another time. :)
Yes!! My cat plays fetch as well, he loves the tinsel balls because they stick to his claws and he can throw them up into the air and chase em around 🥹 I love all kitties but if I had to choose, probably either black or tortoishell kitties 🤍🐈⬛
One of my cats really loves fetch. But she is a bit greedy and doesn’t return the ball when I throw it. She just prefers stealing it and hiding it somewhere
I have four black fluffy kittens and a big ginger boy. Dutch - he's the biggest and fluffiest kitten, and has the squeakiest voice. Big dad energy, he's aways looking out for his brothers and sister. Errol - my handsome swashbuckler. Loves to dash and roll and swing. Gives passionate kisses with his eyes closed and head tilted. 😂 Helo - total sweetheart and mama's boy. Fun loving, snuggle loving, good at bathes. Just 💯 good boy. Aeaea - exactly what you'd expect of a little sister with three big brothers. Scrappy, fierce, funny, and super affectionate - on her terms. Alternates between doting on her brothers like a little mama and whooping their asses. Like a little mama. 😆 Tig is the big ginger "stepdad" to the kittens. He mostly stays outdoors, and loves to get in scrapes. He's the scabbiest damn thing you ever saw. Super friendly to people, loves to wrap himself your ankles and give your feet hugs and kisses. Hates bathes and medicine, any attempts to civilize, really.
I love cats, I have 3 of my own. I have a large male black cat (who is actually changing colors as he's getting older. He's now a black, gray and brown cat. Must be from all of the sun that he gets.) All 3 of my cats are outdoor cats, due to bad allergies. His name is Super (Superstition) and he looks like a fluffy lion. He's such a sweetheart. The other two were strays that adopted our family and decided that we were perfect for them. We have Moses, an incredibly skinny glutton with black/white splotches. (He doesn't gain weight no matter how much he eats.) He loves attention and can be a bit of a brat, since he now has to deal with a new brother. It's gotten better over time, they've somewhat gotten used to each other. (His name comes from Singing in the Rain, that scene where they are singing about tongue twisters. Moses supposes his toes are roses, but Moses supposes erroneously.) The last one is a male brown/gray tabby. He's such a sweet baby, despite being fully grown. He has such a cinnamon roll personality. His name is Shylo, he's just a precious bean.
