I completely understand the Christmas situation :) I got married at 18 (been together since 15) and am 20 now, yet we always spend Christmas apart. We can always celebrate together a day early or late however we only get to visit family a few times a year :)

I'm the same way ive been out of home with my boyfriend for 7 years (I'm 24) and I live only 3hrs away from my home town but every year I always manage to come home, wether its Christmas eve or Christmas day i'll always be home for Christmas. while the boyfriend spends Christmas with his family. Even when I lived in the uk for 2 years I flew back to Australia just for Christmas day.
