Relax he is not drinking, he complained about the headache he went afk for 10mins when he returned this shit happend, alcohol doesn't get you that fast, he probably took some strong painkiller, i have no idea what over the counter stuff they give in Sweden, but strong ones contain opioids, he sounded like when you get tooth extraction and come back from dentist (slow and sluggish speech etc). He just shouldnt stream when he has migraine episodes and problem solved...
