I don't think they'll give the complete video anytime soon since: 1. Scanning film takes a long time 2. Each film will cost you a hundred dollars or so to licence, and the reason they probably only gave a part of the video is so that AP Archive won't want anyone stealing their video anytime soon which is why they only left out the best parts They'll only give the complete video to you if you contact them directly and you are an actual customer willing to spend around a hundred dollars or so to licence this film
