So, give it another try… move all the star wheels to the right side of the bar and it should fit. Hopefully. But the starwheels move for thicker products

Wait, so At this point do I cut it out and how do I get it to be on a shirt or hat or is that not an option using poster board?

Poster board will not go on a shirt or a hat. You would need Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) or sublimation (infusible ink) to do that. Poster board is good for making things like cards or boxes.
