Oh man my best friend got the 572 and loves it. It's a fast beast I'm very surprised at it! He gets it to tune real easy no matter if we're down on the river or up in the mountains somewhere. It took him a minute to get it down also. Funny at first he sounded just like you exactly like most others even. You will love it once you get it figured out. Just ask Tony what's the best way. Good luck and great video as always! Stay safe!!

Keep being yourself brother. You should always have a healthy respect for your equipment but you shouldn't fear it. Fear will cause you to have accidents. That applies to every piece of equipment not just chainsaws. Have a great day and God bless you and your family.

My 572 took a spell of not wanting to idle the husky dealer said to start it and just let it set and run a few minutes problem solved. You are higher up in the mountain it has to adjust the fuel and air mix

You amaze me. I cut wood in the Northwest in the 70's and we worked hard. What you do is off the wall.

I was working for the Government making cattle guards and cutting firewood from standing dead wood we were a team of 8 to 10 with a 5 ton box truck and all new equipment. We did chop the wood with axes and everyone worked hard and we did 4 or 5 cords a day, in 4 or 5 hours. You do almost a whole cord in 40 minutes and hardly break a sweat.

Loggers might choose to work with a variety of bunchers, processors and loaders, or other types of equipment in their operations, but there’s a particular type of logger who works with only one type of equipment: power saws. These are, of course, the hand fallers who work in varying terrain, including steep slope wood, much of it in B.C. Safety-wise, staying focused on the job is important for everyone who works in the forest industry-but this is even more importantly the case for fallers, due to the inherent hazards of the job.
