You may very well be correct Arthur. I do have a short list of about 20 songs that I personally rejected as they did not sit well with me over the years. I do however have a very good memory for music as it is much like a diary for myself. I started jocking in 1976, I still entertain and spin to punters. Just because I do not like a track does not mean I will not play it if requested by a guest. I'm quite sure there are certain songs you would rather not hear, let alone have to listen to. I can remember exactly when and where I was working when Cutting Crew were at number one, and as Midge Ure sang in the song Vienna "it means nothing to me"...and never did or will, but don't let me stop you from enjoying it.@@Arthur.morgan963

Every song is someone's favourite. The 80's were good fun but I never liked this song and only played it when asked as a request. I know it was number 1 and popular but I just tried to switch off and avoid it from the moment it came on. I even hated the video but each to their own I guess. Have a happy new year.
