When Benjamin Nkosi moved in with a white woman at home in Daveyton, near Springs, his family did not seem to have a problem. They have not seen him in a while; it was shortly after his release from jail. Trouble started when there was a cat fight between him and Maria, his wife. The family was shocked to discover that the loved birds were married and it was even in-community of property, his wife demanding a share of the house.

But the ownership of the house is under Benjamin's name and the woman at Home affairs woman also confirmed that he is entitled to the property. i don't see what this portiguees woman is fighting for, its not her house and documents are also confirming that. Benjamin needs to get a good lawyer and kick the slut out of his house... its his, there is no other truth above that...!!!
