First of all Master of high court employees do not have a right to recommend attorneys to clients…. Problem started when they got a recommended lawyer from there. The person(s) who directed them to uNhlanhla is/are at fault for this mess as well. Cruelty between black on black is getting worser by the day. Attorneys are not trustworthy now because of such things. I hope they open a civil lawsuit against Department of Justice.
No No No, if the Bank has Cameras, they must view CCTV Footage n must be able to see who helped these indiduals because they say someone in the Bank directed them to this Nhlanhla. If this is confirmed, someone was inside the Bank, the Bank is responsible for this payment. The Bank cannot have someone operating inside it & distance itself from that person. Why ??? I remember last year after finding out my mom had some money she left after passing on 2012.. I went to masters just by getting off the taxi... Some guys opposite the building calling me saying they can me get the money fast.. I said no thanks let me get inside I will come back to you... I came out and they saw me and said and then...I just lifted my 👍 and they swear at me...

Markus Jooste defrauded more than 1 billion rands of investors' money and caused a 10 percent decline in the JSE, today ppl are worried about their pension money, SandBank Freid, an American also defrauded investors out of billions of dollars. Elizabeth Holmes stole billions. and Hildegard Steenkamp(South African) stole 28 million dollars as an accountant. Criminals always find a way to benefit themselves regardless of who is in Power. Even during apartheid, there were also Fraud cases like this. I don't understand why people act as if there is such a thing as a perfect government. I mean Hendrick Vervoed(South African president) was stabbed to death in parliament a whole parliament.😀 This is not a defense against the ANC but im showing fallicies in your opinion. All over the world fraud is happening. And one thing about our legal system is that you will get caught. I'm telling you. Also these cases allows our legal system and institution to stay alert and form new laws. etc
That old gogo from the Department of Justice is so defensive, like the employee wasn't at work when she referred those poor families to the bogus lawyer. Every employer is responsible for their employee's conduct especially at work. Her attitude sucks, I wish it was Carte Blanche interviewing her. XE.
