Visitors and students should be awestruck when they see thee scrubbed cleaned courtyard. Cleaning the pebble pavers (LOL) was a great decision for continuity, and shows your work ethic.

Great job, but I suspect the time constraint was more to do with the admin staff going home than noise!

They picked the right person for the job. I'm at 4:54 and it is obvious how well this is turning out and how badly the stone areas also needed cleaning. Pleased to see the drains were working well. Started mumbling a little when I noted some Black Spot, I''m guessing they went too long between cleaning times. Very glad you were able to use the XJet. You really hustled, the algae is gone, Black Spot in retreat and you said the remaining retaining walls will be looking good shortly. Nice work.

Whoever commissioned the job was ridiculous.... Who wouldnt want n be prepared to pay for the pebbles etc at the same time, avoiding them would have been more difficult. Guessing they were counting on such a professional n who would not want a job half done...

So interesting. Thanks for the unusual architecture. I just got my first patio washer today and after much scrutinising of the so called quick start guide have been out polishing the back. Lots to learn, but the yorkstone colours come through so strongly. If all chores were this much fun my house would be spotless.

Honestly its probably a good thing you cleaned everything. Think of how fast the algae would return if you left all the nooks and crannies in those pebbles uncleaned and full of biofilm thats just waiting to start spreading again with the next rain.

Great job. However being one of the top education centres in the world and very well funded, I hope they paid you for the extra area you covered.

No wonder it turned all to algae and mold. Not a cloud in the sky, yet the sun never fully shined upon that area. Are you guys in the arctic circle or something? 😮

Hey, Nick! Sorry I didn't comment when I watched yesterday - meant to go back and never did. 😔 What a job! Seems like a really good contract to have landed - hopefully it will lead to more there! It was a huge undertaking to begin with, but in typical Nick fashion, you went for a higher level, making it a ginormous undertaking! You easily doubled that job and with a time limit in place! That place just sparkles now and went back to really shining as the centerpiece of the space as it was meant to be. You've outdone yourself this time - and that's a pretty high hurdle to clear! Just beautiful!
