Cutting Mango with

Once you can visualize where the seed is inside a mango, it’s easy to cut around it. I love to slice a crosshatch pattern in the flesh of a cut side of mango and pop it inside out. Or use a paring knife to slice those squares of mango off the skin and use them in a fruit salad.
