Raw AB&J protein bars:
Combine 1/2 cup almond butter, 4-5 small pitted dates (soaked in hot water for 15 min and chopped), 1/3 cup sunflower seeds, 2/3 cup walnuts, 1/4 cup hemp seeds, 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/4 cup protein powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 cup coconut flakes, 1/2 cup freeze dried strawberries, and 1/3-1/2 cup water in a food processor. Press into bars and chill.
Banana date smoothie: 8oz almond milk, 2-3 dates, 1/4 cup almond or peanut butter, 1.5 frozen bananas, 1 scoop protein (vanilla or chocolate)
