Its not different density on a single foam. One side is heated to get shape of the back support, so got compressed due to heating.

Hello Bosky , Need a quick advise if convenient , I have been using Stock Seat did a 1350 km trip, used for @3K km so far , tempted to look at Touring seat , as some portions of trip I felt my bottoms hurting. Since you have probably used both of this for much longer can you advise do you still feel it a worthy upgrade . Have a trip for @2-3k Km starting 14th Sept , will help if you can reply . Also any suggestion on Side stand extender /shoe , I think I need to buy too.
