Cutting practice with Windlass steelfcrafts cobra steel line Lakonia short sword.
Very nice short sword for a very low price. The blade shape and design is beautiful, I wish it would be just bit longer. The sides of the handle is made of rubber and while not very beautiful to look at, but it does provide a very good grip and it is full tang blade. Size and shape of the handle is very nice.
All around a very agile, sharp and functional short sword for very low price. In my opinion the best sword from windlass cobra line.

Which cobra steel would you keep if you could only pick one??

Good question and hard one :) I mean I like all of them, mostly what mild critique I have is about handle shape and I think all of the swords of cobra steel line would really need more length and mass to be closer to their historical examples. If I had to pick one, I would say it would be the lakonia. I really love the leaf shaped blade, it is a wicked thrusting sword and the broad width of the blade gives it weight to make surprisingly good cuts for a sword of this size. Also the handle fits very nicely to my hand and its the most pleasing to the eye in the cobra line.
