The first 2 batches you used some liquid making it easier to peel off the zoom unit. On the last shoe you didn't that's why it is harder to peel off.

Probably acetone. Works good on dissolving glue. Some nail polish removers have acetone as an ingredient

WKB heel zoom needs more PSI, Front Zoom location needs to be moved forward closer to the toes. Tongue Mesh needs to be thickened slightly.
