I've been wanting the Cuyana Classic Structured Leather Tote Bag for literally years, now, and I'm so happy to have finally ordered one in this beautiful "soft rose / cappuccino" shade! Check out the vid for my unboxing and a quick tour of the bag, as well as to hear my initial impressions.

The video on the website showed a much more structured bag than that! Think you might return it for another? The Cuyana bag organizer has some things going for it: it fits snuggly in the cuyana bag; it has large, roomy pockets around the perimeter of the bag leaving the middle part open; it has a dedicated pocket for a laptop, and it has a dedicated water bottle pocket. I haven't seen a felt bag organizer that didn't try to be everything to everyone and substantially reduce the amount of open storage space in the process.

I'm pretty sure I'm going to hang onto it as it **is** more structured that the original totes, and I absolutely love the color and size - tt's just a bit floppier than I was expecting. Thank you for the details about the organizer. You're definitely right about most felt versions trying too hard, but I've managed to find a couple that have removeable interior segments, so I end up with a pretty solid amount of empty space. Took forever to find ones that would work, though.

It's really a lovely color in person, and now that the straps are straightening out, I'm totally in love with it. :)

Is it heavy on its own? Love the color love it.. I’m 5foot would it dwarf me lol. But then again I’m all about the bigger the better lol
