Fico feliz por saber que Cabo Verde está a desenvolver-se e constitui hoje uma referência no continente africano. No entanto, tendo em conta que o arquipélago era desabitado quando os navegadores portugueses o descobriram e foram os portugueses que construíram ali a primeira cidade (Cidade Velha) e promoveram o aproveitamento económico destas ilhas de clima rude, sou de opinião que Cabo Verde deveria ser uma região autónoma de Portugal.

@JorgeDeXira Portuguese is the 8th most spoken language in the whole world with 175 million users, so on a global scale almost irrelevant...Capo Verde is looking for foreign investors and tourists and the majority of those investors and tourists will speak English as a first or second language.
@boganxxx It's funny how the anglo-saxons think that everybody, all over the world, have the obligation of speaking English, but otherwise they don't make effort to learn other languages. This video is spoken in Portuguese, the 3rd most spoken language in the western world.
