So, the guy in the video, geometry is not his strong suit. He was pointing to the 60 while saying 45. So my question is which one is supposed to go on which side? The 60 is driver? Or the one he was pointing at? Tighter radius bend goes which side? Please confirm.

If geometry is your strong suit maybe you should be able to figure it out.

The charge pipes were harder than the big turbos to install on my 2012. And if you don’t crank down on these clamps they’ll pop off pretty quick. Awesome work fellas!

And now after watching your video, I see why it was so difficult….I didn’t realize the silicone couplers were two different angles. Hell, I spent a couple hours figuring out that that two-part pipe went together as it did. They supplied absolutely zero instructions, which I found pretty absurd given the high level of quality that they dedicate to their parts. A simple install video link or a leaflet would cost next to nothing. I’m actually going to message them and recommend your video as a link for people to use. Hope you don’t mind the extra traffic on your channel! Thank you so much. If I wouldn’t have switched the couplers the passenger side would’ve rubbed through in no time.

Bought the kit for a 2015 3.5L and the two boots that connect to the turbo I got don’t seem to be correct. After your video it seems like I need the boots you have.

Installing the intake, ive got it all together but the MAF sensor hole is closer to air box and the sensor is closer to passenger side in pipe. Mines an 18 not sure if thats why? Or did you guys run into this issue also?

Is it better to have new intercooler in OEM location with fans or no fans and a big intercooler like Cobb located in new position behind ford grill ?

We like the CV Fab Titan II. Its great! No issues keeping anything cool. I think its pretty much up to personal preference.

I'm running into the same problem, there is no way it's going to seal. I'm going to try using the short 45* coupler to get it all fit without the spring clip piece.

Justin that's what I had to do I trimmed it tho to make it a little shorter and used a stock clamp on the intercooler side. The one they sent wasn't holding and the pipe was blowing off

I have seen that happen. We use T bolt clamps instead on most of our builds.

did you guys use any kind of plumbers tape on the piping? i did this install plus a BOV and i'm getting a trumpet/harmonica sound under large boost load. I thought it was the BOV but switched back to OEM and hooked up the recirc valve again, still have the boost leak...

Ngl just drove our raptor and it does have a harmonic sound too above like 10 psi

You do not need to trim the plastic to fit the intercooler. All you need to do is remove that plastic shroud. Just installed mine myself and nothing needed to be trimmed to fit the Titan V2.

Every vehicle will be a tad different. Ours we 100% had to trim the shroud to keep it.

I pulled the shroud off, but the intercooler blocks the grille shutter arm. It's not really a big deal, think I'll just pull the fins out, they are throwing a DTC, but no MIL.

@@rediceatx strange. Mine fits with all the shudders in place. I took all of them out but the middle one. If you do that you won’t get a DTC plus you get max airflow.

@@jensenbud88 I was looking at it tonight and it's the arm that holds the shutters down the middle that's getting stuck and it's only by like 2 mm or so. I guess I could shave the back of that arm down or I can see if I can disable it in HPTuners and just be done with it.
