Very good video, it proves that ASMR does not always have to be whispered in order to inspire you relaxation. Simple daily things like going to the supermarket and talk on a calm manner kills anxiety as good as a standard studio microphoned video. Thanks a lot.

I feel you at the hypothyroidism. 17 years old and my dosage for Synthroid is 125. Sometimes I feel like it’s never gonna get better. Nonetheless if you can get through it I can too. Much love ❤️❤️

My (unsolicited, I realize) advice for lawn hatred: borrow some sheep! That’s naturally my first suggestion since we’re sheep ranchers but if you don’t have friendly shepherd neighbors then I say just ditch the entire lawn and plant a garden! There’s a whole movement to get folks to get rid of their lawns and plant food and pollinator plants instead. I've always been curious as to why you hold your phone that way when you record? Wouldn't it be easier to hold it the opposite way? That way you could see what you were recording and make sure it was in the shot. Anyways, no matter how you hold your phone your videos soothe me to sleep every night. 😁🖤

Hypothyroidism is no joke. I've gained 45 lbs in a year. They keep on drawing blood.. they are having a hard time getting it adjusted. Thank you for all you do.. Have a great week.

I’ve been a fan of your videos for a couple of years, I just wanted to tell you a little FYI, I also have hypo and I’ve been on keto and lost 20lbs in 2 months. Keto can really help balance your hormones along with medication. Hope it doesn’t get out of control like mine did but thankfully I’m getting it under control now. Much Love oxox
