Sounds about right! I used to run pileups out of Hong Kong at crazie speeds back in the mid 90s, but the other ops figured it out... If there were a lot of stations, the speed would thin things out a bit if there were too many stations calling.

Try it brilliant . before, we were doing it with left hand and writing a log sheet was a bit harder
