Capcom just needs to realize fighting games need to remain in the style of ANIME. Think about the best era for Capcom fighters? It was during the alpha and sprite-based VS days. Once things went polygonal, so did the quality of the games. I'd love to see what ARC System Works could do with a Street Fighter game

Those aren't graphics.... It's sprite animation. There's a difference between graphics and animation. Even then graphics shouldn't matter for a fighting game. For me it's how the game plays rather than how it looks.

As a Cyberbots fan, i simply can't disagree. Handmade sprites have an incredible power, it's a form of quality over quantity. Sadly, making new sprite sheets and backgrounds is expensive next to 3d graphics.

Arc System has proven that this kind of look can be achieved with polygonal graphics via Guilty Gear Xrd. Sadly Capcom thinks Westerners like shitty looking 3D models with dumb down imbalance gameplay (SFV).

Amos de Guzman what animations? Falke sucks, Ed sucks, the vanilla roster has many examples of terrible animation (cammy air throw lol)

@@strang7739 If you really think they have bad animations, I don't know what to tell you. Compare Ryu in SF V to Ryu in SF IV. Ryu in SF V is fluid, and his motions flow with much force. SF IV Ryu is jerky, and his attacks move way too fast. Falke is probably the only person with bad animations. I don't know how you can say Ed has bad animations.

honestly Capcom just needs to do this.If they cant do it right themselves give it to someone who can do it justice. Capcoms art direction in SF5 is garbage the models are ugly

@Rangga Boy Ayal the Sprite of Zeku in the MUGEN does not count because it is not official,a redesign can be made to Zeku in the MUGEN I will not see that video unless it's recent, but if it's a video of a week, a month or more than a year, I will not see it capable of having a virus.
