The main aim of the project is to manage cyber café accounts. The main processes in this project are login, system details, member details, member entry details, and reports. The administrator enters the username and password to login to the project. If the details are correct, it will open the next form. If the details are incorrect, it will show error message. All the system details are entered in this process. The computer name, location and ip address of the computer are entered in this process. The entered details can be modified or deleted by the administrator. All the members details coming to the browsing centre are entered in this process. The member id, member name, address, phone number and email are entered in this process. The entered details can be
modified or deleted by the administrator. When a member enters for browsing, the entry time details are entered in this module. The entry id, member id, computer name, in time, date is entered in this module. When the member completed their work, the out time and the charge are updated in the members entry id. The system generates the required reports in this project. Computer reports, member reports, member entry reports are generated in this reports process.
