On 10.09.2024, acting on specific information, the sleuths of Cyberabad Special Operations Team (SOT), Rajendranagar team along with Rajendranagar Police apprehended five (05) Drug Peddlers for transporting Ganja from Vishakhapatnam to Uttar Pradesh and, Mumbai via Hyderabad, Thakur Sachin Singh, Mohd Nadeem, Mohd Saqlain, Mohd Saleem and Prasanth Singh and Seized 254 KGs of Dry Ganja, (02) Maruti Suzuki Ertiga Cars and (07) Mobile Phones. All Worth RS.1,04,65,700/- (One Crore Four Lakhs Sixty Five Thousand Seven hundred Rupees)

2. MOHD NADEEM , Age 21, R/o Wadala, West Mumbai, N/o Bihargunj (Post), Sadar (Thahsil), Prathapgharh (Dist.), UP. (Peddler)
3. MOHD SAQLAIN , Age 24, R/o Kolaba, South Mumbai, N/o Devlaha (V), Patti (Thahsil), Prathagharh (Dist.), UP. - (Peddler)
4. MOHD SALEEM Age 24, R/o Wadala, East Mumbai, N/o Saraimahasingh (V), Kunda (Thahsil), Prathapgarh (Dist.). (Peddler)
5. PRASHANTH SINGH , Age 22, R/o Cenema Road Takkargunj, N/o Saraibheemsen, Prathapgarh, UP. (Peddler)
The accused Thakur Sachin Singh is resident of Sultanpur Dist., UP. He associated with Vinod Kumar Yadav R/o. Jhanpur Dist., UP East and transporting Dry Ganja since 5 yrs from Araku Valley of AP to Uttar Pradesh. During the last 3 months they have visited Araku Valley of AP and purchased Dry Ganja i.e., 100 KGs, 90 KGs and 80 KGs from a person by name Raju, R/o Odisha and the above material was sold to Amit Singh R/o Prathapghar Dist., UP. Recently Thakur Sachin Singh have purchased .32 Pistol (Country Made) with 11 Rounds from one Sunil Singh R/o Pratapghar Dist., UP for Rs. 1,00,000/- and since then he used to keep the weapon along with him while transporting Dry Ganja.
On 06.09.2024 Thakur Sachin Singh called his known peddlers from Mumbai Nadeem, Saqlain & Saleem to escort his vehicle from Araku to Hyd. On his call Mumbai Peddlers reached Vijayawada by Ertiga Car.
Sachin, Vinod & Ravi and Prashanth Singh joined with Mumbai Peddlers at Vijayawada on 7th, and they reached Araku Valley on 08.09.2024 and contact main supplier Raju and purchased Dry Ganja of 254 KGs. They have to deliver 150 KGs to Amit Singh R/o Prathapghar Dist., UP. Another 100 KGs Mumbai Peddlers. They used to transport the Dry Ganja to Uttar Pradesh and Mumbai from Araku Valley via Hyderabad (Via ORR).
As usual on 10.09.2024 while they reached Hyderabad and stopped their cars for shifting 100 KGs Ganja to Mumbai Peddlers car on Service Road at ORR near Rajendranagar PS limits.
On reliable information the SOT Rajendranagar team along with Rajendranagar Police intercepted two vehicles Br. No’s. MH 01 EE 4530 & OD 33 V 3204 at ORR service road Near Exit No. 17 in which the vehicle Br. No. OD 33 V 3204 contains 254 KGs Dry Ganja packets and another vehicle Br. No. MH 01 EE 4530 is Piloting Main vehicle. On seeing the police two persons Vinod Kumar Yadav and Ravinder Yadav were fled away from the scene. Further the police apprehended five respondents and seized 254 KGs Dry Ganja, .32 Country Made Pistol from Thakur Sachin Singh with 11 rounds along with two vehicles.
On detail verification it is came to know that the they fixed a fake number OD 33 V 3204 in place of MH 48 BT 2206 to the Ertiga Vehicle travelling by Sachin, in which the Dry Ganja was transporting.

1). Dry Ganja - 254 KGs. Worth Rs.88,90,000/- (Each KG Rs.35,000/- due to Police Vigilance in TG & AP States, they are selling at high price)
2). .32 Pistol (Country Made) with 11 Rounds. Worth Rs. 1,00,000/-
3). Two Maruti Suzuki Ertiga Cars, worth Rs.14,00,000/-
4). Mobile phones - 07 and One Keypad - 1 worth Rs. 70,000/
5). Net Cash - 3,700/-
6). Jio Dongle - 01 worth Rs. 2,000/-
ALL WORTH RS.1,04,65,700/- (One Crore Four Lakhs Sixty-five Thousand Seven Hundred Rupees)
The above arrests were made under the super vision of CH. Srinivas, IPS, DCP Rajendranagar Zone, D. Srinivas, DCP SOT, Cyberabad, Srinivasa Reddy, Addl DCP SOT (Madhapur), Cyberabad, Srinivas, ACP Rajendranagar, P.
