We have 4 psm all are loadblanced and 1 psm is not working and other psm working so sometime server is connected down psm and sometimes is connected working psm

Sir . NLA is not enable so we will reach out network team and we will restar the server service and sometime psm is out of the domain and sometime PSM connect and admin contact password is unsyn

@@secappslearning we need to go to platform and change the pSM lb ID to the other PSM server iD which is UP/running

@@Gogopawar Yes, but meanwhile you're fixing that particular PSM, you can ask LB team to move that PSM out of load balancer so LB will not redirect the traffic to that PSM...

Depends on error pop ups, but shadow user profile being corrupted is the usual cause

@@hsreddycreations2515 First of all you need to get the root cause, why that PSM is not working by checking the logs. and there could be multiple reasons why that PSM is not working. PSM Service is down, PSM Internal users (PSMAPP, PSMGW) are out of sync, PSMConnect password expired, port related issues etc. And every error has a different troubleshooting steps!!
