If on PC, you can hold 1-3 on your keyboard num-row to force the first time equip. Dunno if it can be done on console

​@@rictuserectus6686 oh I mean first time equip is easier than the inspect animation (the first time equip can be done if you spawn the weapon in, but the inspect can only be done in safe areas that allow you to equip your weapon, which is really limited).

The FOV is set too high and the character is looking straight up so their shoulders are clipping into the camera.
